AJ Fernandez is headquartered in Miami Florida with a factory in Estelli, Nicaragua (Tabacalera AJ Fernandez de Nicaragua) and the San Lotano Factory in Totogalpa, Nicaragua.In addition to the factories, AJ Fernandz owns several farms in the rich soils of Esteli, Jalapa, Ometepe, Condega and Pueblo Nuevo.

It is here where his tobacco is carefully cultivated to maintain consistency and assure supply. By controlling all aspects of the cigar process, from seed to harvested leaves, AJ Fernandez has been able to pair his knowledge of blending tobacco with quality tobaccos to produce some of the finest cigars in the world. The torecedors in his factories are able to produce over 100,000 hand-rolled cigars each day.
