Out of Stock Items
We strive to keep our website inventory up-to-date and all products in stock. Occasionally an item you ordered may be out-of-stock. We will notify you by email of any out-of-stock items in your order. You will have the option of canceling that item and we will issue a refund to your credit card. If you choose to wait until the item is back in stock, we will keep you informed of the status of the item and anticipated shipping date. Out-of-stock items shipped separately from your order will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge the sales tax for any purchases that are shipped to a New Jersey address (6.625%). Purchases shipped to other states will not be charged sales tax but the purchaser is responsible for any taxes within their home state.
Shipping
Shipping to the Lower 48 States is a flat $6.99. We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders received on Friday or the weekend will typically ship the following Monday. Once a label has been created for your order, you should receive an email within 1 hour notifying you of shipment. The label will include a tracking number and we encourage you to track your package. Once the package has been dropped off at the Post Office, we have no control over how long it takes the Post Office to deliver your package.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Our website does not charge an additional fee when you use your credit card. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle or other forms of payment. When checking out, be sure the billing address you provide matches the information your credit card company has on file for you.
